How to start selling
1. Create your vendor account.

2. Complete the Vendor VAT form (VAT or “0” if not registered).

3. Add your products from your Vendor Dashboard → Products → Add New.

4. Understand payments and withdrawals

  • Customers pay securely at checkout; payments go first to the marketplace account.
  • After you ship the order, send the tracking number to the customer (via order notes/message) and mark the order as Completed in your Vendor Dashboard
  • Once the customer has received and accepted the order, you can request a **withdrawal** from **Vendor Dashboard → Withdraw**.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is **£10** (this may change in the future).
  • Withdrawals are reviewed individually, and once the customer is happy with the order, the marketplace Admin will **approve and pay you manually via PayPal** using the PayPal email in your vendor profile.
