1) Product description requirements
For every product you list, you MUST include the lines below in your product description and choose ONE option for each field.
- Returns accepted: Yes / No
- Return period: 7 days / 14 days / 30 days
- Dispatch time: Ship same day / Ship within 1 day / Ship within 2–3 days / Ship within 3–5 days
- Ships from: [country, city]
- Estimated delivery to UK: Within 1 week (UK-shipped items) / 18–21 days (international-shipped items)
Returns are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy page.

2-Marketplace Rules for Vendors
– Each product listing may include up to 5 images.
– Vendors may have up to 20 active products.
– Product prices must be between £5 and £100 per item.
– Automated listing tools, bulk imports and Drop shipping integrations are not supported – products must be added manually.
Tracking:
After you ship the order, send the tracking number to the customer (via order notes/message) and mark the order as Completed in your Vendor Dashboard
Phone Products and Conditions Notice
– Listing of mobile phones / phone devices by vendors is not available yet and is still under preparation for a future update.
– Any phone device listings submitted now may be rejected or removed during review.
– This marketplace currently accepts brand new items only. By listing a product, you confirm it is new and unused. Used or refurbished items may be rejected or removed.
Tax Settings for Your Products
Tax status: Intermulpro will set Tax status to Taxable for normal products.
UK VAT-registered vendors: Intermulpro will set Tax class to Standard (adds 20% VAT).
Not VAT-registered: Intermulpro will set Tax class to Zero Rate (no VAT added).
Intermulpro will set Tax status to Taxable for normal products. Tax statuses like Shipping only or None should be used only if your accountant or local tax authority confirms a special tax treatment (for example, items that must never be taxed, or cases where only shipping is taxable). If you’re unsure, Intermulpro will keep your products on Taxable and apply Standard (VAT‑registered) or Zero Rate (not VAT‑registered).
Communication with customers
Vendors may contact customers only for order-related reasons (for example: order status, delivery issues, returns, or to clarify product details). Vendors must not send unsolicited marketing, spam, or off-platform offers to customers.
3-Commission Structure
– Our commission is **5%** of each completed sale (excluding VAT and shipping). commission is deducted before your balance is available for withdrawal. Payouts are made via PayPal once the order is completed and accepted by the customer. Minimum withdrawal amount: £10.
– Example: If you sell a product for **£100 + VAT**, our commission is **£5** (5% of £100).
– VAT and shipping costs are **not** included when calculating our commission.
4-Vendor VAT
Vendor VAT Form
Before listing products, you must complete this VAT form so we can set your tax status correctly.
After submitting the form and once we review your VAT details, go to Vendor Dashboard → Products → Add New to create your listings.
VAT Status (Required for Vendors)
All vendors must tell us whether they are VAT registered and, if yes, provide their VAT number. We will configure VAT on your products based on this information.
